December is here – how did that happen! We simply blinked and 2019 disappeared. This year has been adventure filled, and as we look back on the events we have done over the last 12 months, it absolutely boggles how much we have achieved.

Two of our favourite trips in Australia this year have been in Queensland. Firstly, Jimboomba to have a fabulous in store event with Horse N Rider, then later in the year to the Tom Quilty Endurance event to see over 300 pairs of custom Performa Ride on display.

Our ability to create custom team wear like those for the Tom Quilty has also seen us create custom Performa Ride for events such as the Gobi Desert Cup and the Marcus Oldham Interschool Nationals, and even create team tights for St. Peters College NZ, Kapiti Vaulting, and NEGS Armidale.

2019 has seen Performa Ride at more International events than ever – something we never though possible (let alone even dreamed of when we started Performa Ride).

Quickly becoming a favourite event is the American Endurance Ride Conference in Reno. Why? The event organisers are lovely, the attendees are fun, and we are always made to feel welcome!

Our most challenging event was The Tevis Cup – a 100 mile endurance race that starts at Robie Park, travels through some of the most challenging terrain there is, and finishes in Auburn CA. Trading at this event meant setting up and packing down our trade stand each day, and travelling to different trade spots over 3 days. The grit shown by teams and competitors alike was absolutely incredible.

The other amazing events we have been to include the World Horse Expo, Western States Horse Expo, Equine Affaire, and Equitana NZ.

We have already planned to be at more international events in 2020 – where would you like to see us?
