Once the order has been processed through the checkout process we are unable to amend orders. If the incorrect delivery address has been supplied it is at cost to the customer to arrange re-delivery.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner.
To ensure you receive your items from Performa Ride, all postage items are sent with a signature on delivery option, please include a company name if delivering to a business address.
If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Performa Ride will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact Australia Post and request “Safe drop” Performa Ride will not be held liable for missing parcels.
All orders over $150 with a delivery location within Australia will receive free shipping. All orders under $150 will receive a charge based on the weight of the parcel per Australia Post calculations, which is applied at the checkout process once your shipping address is supplied.
Our aim is to send all packages within two business days and orders are expected to arrive within 1-5 business days of dispatch depending on your location within Australia.
All orders over $250 with a delivery location outside of Australia will receive free shipping. All orders under $250 will receive a charge based on the weight of the parcel per Australia Post calculations, which is applied at the checkout process once your shipping address is supplied.
This charge is for transport costs only, and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Performa Ride does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
Performa Ride reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time if the order has:
(a) Listed incorrectly
(b) No longer in stock
If your order is not able to be fulfilled, a Performa Ride customer care representative will make all reasonable efforts to contact you to arrange alternative options.
Parcel delivery may be delayed in the instance of contact difficulties. In the event that you cannot be contacted with a period of time deemed reasonable by Performa Ride, all monies received will be refunded via the original payment method.
Is Free Delivery Available On Express Shipping?
No, free delivery will only be applied to regular shipping options.
What Should I Do If Free Shipping Was Not Applied At Checkout?
If free shipping isn’t applied as expected, check to ensure the order meets the following eligibility criteria:
- Order total is at least $150 within Australia (excluding the shipping cost)
- Order total is at least $250 outside Australia (excluding the shipping cost)
